I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to capture the Bridging the Gap Summit, a powerful event hosted by Cradle Indy about improving maternal and infant health in Indianapolis.
I’m still thinking about it. The stats are abysmal (it’s a complex historical web of racism, lack of trust, social determinants of health, and more).
But the community is strong, and optimistic (“We’re living in the Not Yet” was one quote that stands out). Keep up the fight for a safer, more connected support system for moms and babies.
